Important Information
- Make sure your dry shipper arrives at the facility at least 2 business days in advance of your session if staff needs to clip your grids. Please notify staff in advance of the delivery or shipment so we know to expect it.
- All dry shippers must to have a pre-paid return FedEx/USPS shipping label when delivered or one must be sent to cryoem_staff@mit.edu.
- A Cryo-EM facility staff member will contact you once the dry shipper has arrived in the facility.
- We will store your dry shipper until your session is complete. You will be notified before we delivery your dry shipper to the FedEx pick-up location.

Courier Instructions
Delivery to Building 12 via the loading dock must take place between 8am-3pm. We cannot accept dry shippers through the main entrance of the building. Couriers should call the support phone number (617) 253-0426 and place the dry shipper on the loading dock. Alternatively MIT.nano tech staff can be reached via the call box -located at loading dock (please climb the ladder). The tech staff will meet the courier to receive the dry shipper on behalf of the Cryo-EM Facility. Please wait at the loading dock and do not leave shipments unattended on the loading dock.
